Products can only be sent to UK postal addresses from the AQUA BATHROOM CENTRE web site online shop. Shipping will be calculated depending upon the category the item is purchased from as shown below. If a combination of items are being purchased, only the highest per shipment rate shall apply plus any per item charges shown.
We will send light weight items via Royal Mail and heavier items by either courier or direct delivery. If you have a special delivery requirement, such as next day delivery, then please contact us by telephone to arrange this.

All shipping prices shown include VAT and represent a seperate service element within the total purchase price of goods, and are non-refundable if an order is dispatched and then cancelled within 7 days under the purchasers statutory rights for distance selling. Where free shipping is indicated a reasonble postage charge will be calculated and deducted from any refunds.
n.b. Delivery is to the address supplied by the customer (or by PayPal) when the order is placed, any changes to this delivery address must be agreed in writing (email) by Aqua Bathroom Centre. If the customer is not in when delivery is made or amends delivery address without agreement then the customer will have to pay any additional costs incured by Aqua Bathroom Centre for redelivery or other postal charges.
Whilst we will try to deliver products as soon as we can and our average delivery time for in stock items is 3-7 days we do not always have every combination of all products in stock all the time. We will try to notify you of delivery times when we know them. Therefore we advise you not to commission or start any works until all products have arrived and been checked by yourself.
